The Penthouse

Are you ready for something different? The Seattle Warehouse offers approx. 1700 sqft of moody industrial vibes!

This penthouse suite has an open floorplan with an abundance of natural light, but floor to ceiling black curtains to control the light as needed. The funky grid windows span three of the four walls and open for great air flow, not to mention add a cool shop-like vibe. Most of the furniture and plants are movable, but please move them back to their home when you are done. Most are on wheels to make it easy to customize your look!

King size mattress is available behind the wood wall. Bring your own linins.

If you are looking for something different for your next photo/video session, this is it, the color drenched Green Room is decorated in a moody luxe vibe with greens, golds, velvet and fur.

Huge east facing windows provide an abundance of natural light. White sheer curtains help maintain privacy and softly diffuse the lighting.

The space is carefully designed with enough elements to create a moody luxe look, yet minimally enough for you to have the blank canvas you may be after. The bed and plants are on wheels and moving the furniture is allowed, but please remember to put it back in it's place when you are done.

What type of images work well in the space? Well for starters, boudoir. Other genres include personal branding, family, maternity, headshots, just get creative!
